Mr. Oliver N. Rogers, II is the Deputy Commissioner General Administrative Affairs (DCGAA) of the Liberia Revenue Authority (LRA).

He holds a Master of International Development Policy plus Tax Policy and Tax Administration accreditation from the Duke University, and a Bachelor Degree in accounting from the University of Liberia. He is a professional tax and accounting practitioner.

Mr. Rogers, having joined the Public Sector in 2008, has over 15 years of work experience in both the public and private sectors serving in several managerial capacities, including Deputy Commissioner for Tax Operations at the erstwhile Department of Revenue. During the Liberia Revenue Authority establishment, he was a leading member of the Formation Team, and provided technical and administrative support to the office and the National Coordinator.

He has served as an adjunct faculty at the Graduate School of the University of Liberia and a lecturer at the World Bank sponsored Financial Management Training Program teaching taxation, finance and accounting respectively.
